Just Some Observations

Just some observations I made while watching the tube last night:

1. Britney Spears is looking rough in those Voice promos.

2. Is Britney even allowed to tell someone he or she can't sing? I mean does she not know that she is incapable of carrying a tune?

3.K-Rod might just give me a heart attack or anxiety disorder by the end of this season if he plans on making every save so close. I felt like I was in the game last night. I was sweating, moving around, and talking to myself.

4. Turns out hip hop dancing to the weather alert guy's voice doesn't go well together.

5. To all reality competitions who have judges and result shows, you should take note of how So You Think You Can Dance changed their format. In less than an hour there was little filler and garbage, and I knew who was leaving the show. In addition, I didn't have to watch some going away video that reminded of a funeral.

6. I could never be a chef. I hate seafood, and it seems like every show I watch you have to love shrimp, scallops, or some other type of fish.

7. Nookie, on Around the World in 80 Plates, might have been my favorite contestant ever on a reality show.

8.Boogie, on Big Brother, might be my least favorite next to a handful of people I couldn't stand on multiple seasons of Biggest Loser. (For example, Jon, Elizabeth, and Conda)

9. Inevitably, every morning when my son goes down for his first nap, I forget to turn of the Disney channel and watch Phineas and Ferb and Doc McStuffins. B only watches Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, so these two shows are just for me and they are awesome.

10. Last but not least, the British Open starts today which will interfere with all programs. I really need to improve my golf game so I can at least beat my husband on a hole other than a par 3. I don't know who I am rooting for yet, but usually I base it solely on looks and outfits. That's right, I already ruled out Rory.

Hope everyone enjoyed the much needed rain last night. Amazingly, it did not interrupt my satellite viewing. That's a first.
